TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In these Conditions the following words shall have the following meanings
The Company/We: On Patrol.
The Buyer/You: The person(s), firm or company who purchases the goods from the company.

PURCHASING
Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.
Once you have finished shopping click on "Checkout". You will then be shown all items in your shopping cart and given the option to amend your order before final checkout. Once completed, click on checkout, you will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Customers purchasing paintball markers must be over 17 years of age. PAINTBALL MARKERS ARE NOT TOYS AND CAN CAUSE SERIOUS BODILY HARM. PLEASE FOLLOW ALL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WHEN IN USE.

For your security, all orders must be delivered to the cardholders address, you must also provide the telephone number of the delivery address, address checks can and will take place, so to avoid unnecessary delay, please ensure the correct address is given. Delivery to PO boxes is not possible.

Currency of transaction Prices are quoted in UK Pound sterling £. Online payments can only be made in UK Pound sterling £. On Patrol can accept payment by US dollar and Euro via a fund transfer or cheque. Please contact On Patrol if you wish to pay in US dollars or Euros.

Wholesale Orders If requested On Patrol can dispatch a proforma invoice on request.

Back Orders If for whatever reason we do not have the item(s) in stock that you have ordered, we will place your item(s) on back order. We will immediately email you to notify you of the situation or the option to adapt your order. We will charge on the day of dispatch.

We reserve the right to alter our prices with out notice. We also reserve the right to withdraw the sale or supply of any items listed on our website. Should this effect an order in process, you will be given the option of a full refund or alternative item.

Guarantee: All of our products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING, HANDLING AND DELIVERY

Although every effort is made to ensure that goods arrive in good condition, the Company can not be held responsible for the actions of the courier used. Any damages must be signed ‘Damaged’ on receipt for delivery and claimed for in accordance with the carrier’s terms and conditions.

Delivery is normally within 5 working days. The 5 days does not include the day of order or weekends. The 5 day delivery statement is a guide only and is not a guarantee, nor does it constitute a contract between On Patrol and the customer.

Any payment through postal, cheque or transfer will have cleared before delivery takes place.

International Orders: Any customs duties that are added from the import of any ordered goods into the buyer’s country will be payable by the buyer. We cannot calculate these charges in advance since they differ from country to country. On Patrol will not be held responsible for any such charges.

We do not ship paintball markers outside of the UK.

Returns Policy

Return Policy Under the European Distance Selling Regulations the Buyer has the right to cancel their order for any item purchased on this web site for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
To cancel your order, you must email or write to us within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number. You, the consumer, are obliged to take reasonable care of the items and return them in unused condition with the original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt.
The Buyer is obliged to return the goods at their own cost within 30 days; the Company will not refund this cost. The Buyer is responsible for the goods until they are back in the possession of the Company, the Buyer must claim for any damages caused on the return, from the courier used. If the goods are not returned in an unused condition then the right to a full refund is forfeited. Used is defined as any attempt to install, fire, wear or wash.

The Company shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow manufacturers instructions, misuse, alteration or repair of the goods (other than that done by our staff).
