The M4P w PMP will hold both twenty or thirty round M-4/M-16 magazines, three each, or two twenty round M-14 magazines.

The front of the M4PwPMP features two pistol mag pouches. The pistol mag pouches hold two M9 magazines.

The rifle magazines are held in place using a two tiered retention system.

The retention flap may be secured to itself allowing the operator to remove a magazine while remaining magazines are held in place.
